Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

Refunds

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

Michigan Mandatory Posting Updates



  • 02/2019 - Minimum Wage - The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Wage and Hour Division has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The notice reflects an adjustment of the state minimum wage to $9.45/hour, effective on March 29, 2019. The poster revision date is February 11, 2019.

  • 02/2019 - Paid Medical Leave Act - The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Wage and Hour Division has released a Paid Medical Leave Act notice. The notice reflects a new law, effective March 29, 2019, which allows employees to accrue 1 hour of leave for every 35 hours worked. This law applies to employers with 50 or more employees. The poster revision date is February 11, 2019.

  • 03/2017 - Discrimination - The Michigan Department of Civil Rights has updated the Discrimination Notice to now include that persons with disabilities needing accommodations for employment must notify their employers in writing within 182 days in addition to a revision date of 2/2017.

  • 01/2017 - Minimum Wage and Overtime - The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs has updated their Minimum Wage and Overtime notice. The minimum hourly wage rate for regular and tipped employees has been added for the years 2017 and 2018. The new revision date for the notice is now 9/2016.

  • 01/2016 - Unemployment Insurance - The State of Michigan updated the Unemployment Insurance notice with a new layout. Information such as eligibility and filing requirements are now specified on the notice. There is also a section for the employer to fill out and the revision date has been updated.

  • 08/2018 - Child Labor Law - The Michigan Department of Education has updated their Child Labor Law notice. The notice reflects a new department logo. The poster revision date is August 23, 2018.

  • 07/2018 - Unemployment Insurance - The Michigan Unemployment Agency has made a change to their Unemployment Insurance notice. The notice was updated with information about an automated system that employees can use to inquire about their unemployment compensation claims. They also added another Director's name on the notice. The poster revision date is July 17, 2018.

  • 03/2018 - Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration - The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration has made a change to their Michigan Safety and Health Protection on the Job notice. The change reflects an updated address and revision date. The poster revision date is March 27, 2018.

  • 03/2017 - Unemployment Insurance - The Michigan Talent Investment Agency has updated their Unemployment Insurance notice. There is a new Acting Director of Unemployment Insurance and the department website URL has been updated. The new revised by date is March, 2017.

  • 01/2016 - Unemployment Insurance - The State of Michigan updated the Unemployment Insurance notice with a new layout.   • Opened or partially used first aid supplies.

    • Who pays for the return shipping costs?
      In the event that you need to return an item due to defect or damage, we will pay for the shipping of that item(s). If an item is returned due to reasons such as 'I changed my mind' or 'I no longer need the item' or 'someone in our office ordered the wrong item' return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
