West Virginia Mandatory Posting Updates

  • 08/2023 - Unemployment Insurance Benefits - The West Virginia Division of Labor has updated their Unemployment Insurance Benefits notice. The updated notice reflects additional information regarding wage classes, weekly benefit rates, and maximum benefit rates.
  • 05/2016 - Human Rights Act - The West Virginia Human Rights Commission updated the Human Rights Act, Fair Housing Act, and Pregnant Workers' Fairness Act notice. Persons with disabilities who utilize assistance animals have been added as an additional category under the Fair Housing Act. There is a new provision for the Pregnant Workers' Fairness Act which prohibits discrimination in employment based on pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions.

  • 01/2019 - Wage Payment and Collection Act - The West Virginia Division of Labor has updated their Wage Payment and Collection Act notice. The notice reflects updated contact information and removal of the labor law codes in each section. The poster revision date is January 21, 2019.
