Rhode Island Mandatory Posting Updates

  • 01/2024 - Minimum Wage - The Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training has updated their Notice to All Employees - Information Employers Must Post notice. The updated notice reflects an adjustment of the state minimum wage to $14.00/hour, effective January 1, 2024.

Rhode Island Non-Mandatory Posting Updates

  • 01/2018 - Prevailing Wage - The Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training has released notices related to the Healthy and Safe Families and Workplaces Act and the Ban-The-Box law. These are new notices that were not previously available. Additionally, the Department has made a few grammar and layout changes to the Prevailing Wage notice, Rhode Island Parental and Family Medical Leave Act notice, Unemployment Insurance Benefit notice and the Rhode Island Right-To-Know notice.These changes are effective January 1, 2018.
