Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

Refunds

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. New Posting Effective July 1st, 2017 for Employers in St. Paul Minnesota


What is the law?


Beginning July 1, 2017, employers with 24 or more employees will be required to provide earned sick and safe time to employees working in St Paul. ESST can be used for an employee's absence from work due to illness, medical appointments, or critical safety issues, including domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking. The ordinance applies to all employers in the City of Saint Paul. All employees working in the City of Saint Paul are eligible for the benefit, including full time, part-time and temporary workers. For employers with 23 or fewer employees, the Earned Sick and Safe Time Ordinance is effective January 1, 2018. For employers operating in their first six months after the hire date of the employer’s first employee, the employer is required to provide unpaid sick and safe time but is not required to provide paid sick and time. After six months, the employer will be subject to this chapter. This specific ordinance subsection will sunset on January 1, 2023, at which point all employers will be subject to full enforcement.



Who needs to post this notice?


The City of St. Paul requires that a notice about the ordinance be displayed in a conspicuous location in the workplace by all employers providing earned paid sick leave under the new law.
