Arkansas Mandatory Posting Updates

  • 08/23 - Notice to Employer & Employer (Child Labor Laws) - The Arkansas Department of Labor and Licensing has updated their Notice to Employer & Employee notice. The updated notice reflects that employment certificates are no longer required for employees under the age of 16. In addition, the notice was also updated with new child labor violation penalties.

  • 10/2021 - Unemployment Insurance - The Arkansas Division of Workforce Services has updated their Unemployment Insurance notice. The updated notice reflects the removal of the Jacksonville office from their list of local claims offices. The poster revision date is October 12, 2021.
  • 10/19 - Chemical Right to Know Act - The Arkansas Department of Labor and Licensing has updated their Chemical Right to Know Act notice. The updated notice reflects a change to the department name from the "Arkansas Department of Labor" to the "Arkansas Department of Labor and Licensing." The poster revision date is October 30, 2019.
